Leading Cities, an early pioneer in the global Smart City ecosystem, is proud to announce the 12 Smart City startups that have been selected to compete in the final stage of the AcceliCITY program. These companies have demonstrated a clear vision for an impactful solution to 21st-century cities. They have demonstrated their commitment to success and the quality of their leadership. These 12 startups represent some of the most promising Smart City startups in the world. Of the 550+ organizations from more than 40 countries that applied to be a part of the AcceliCITY program, these Finalists from 7 countries will participate in AcceliCITY’s Smart City Boot Camp in Boston (October 8-12th), where they will have the chance to connect with potential clients and investors.
Each Finalist has earned $25,000 worth of marketing through our partner, Bee Smart City. In addition, the winners of each Smart Challenge will receive specific opportunities ranging from incubation space in Massachusetts and exhibition space at the world’s largest Smart City expo to being fast-tracked for a city pilot.
